RMH Senior Advantage will hold its annual “Aging Gracefully” conference, from 8 a.m.-noon on May 7 at the Harrisonburg First Church of the Nazarene, 1871 Boyers Road, Harrisonburg.
The event, which promotes healthy aging as a way of life for those age 55 and up, will offer free health screenings including cholesterol, blood pressure, glucose, hearing, vision and oxygen levels.
The conference will feature the following seminars:
- “Living with Purpose at Every Age,” presented by Steve Gurney, founder and publisher of Guide to Retirement Living Sourcebook.
- “Integrative Medicine: A Unique Approach to Primary Care,” presented by John Wenger, D.O., RMH Integrative Medicine.
An RMH pharmacist will be available for attendees to ask questions about their medications from 8 a.m. - 9 a.m.

The event is free for RMH Senior Advantage
members. A $10 fee covers the cost of the event and includes a lifetime Senior Advantage membership.
